Volunteers Required
The club is run on purely by volunteers and could not function without the dedication and hard work that our team of volunteer staff provide.
Volunteers are required for a wide assortment of roles within the club from people with previous experience of managing or coaching through to people who have no previous experience within a football team environment.
Enquiries are welcome from anyone who is interested in helping to run the club. Please see the details below for more information.
Managers, Coaches & Volunteers Required
All of our Managers, Coaches, and Volunteers are non-paid parents/volunteers looking to provide football opportunities for our youth. The club will provide any appropriate training and education to anyone who wishes to help whatever their role.
We use specifically designed courses organised by the Essex County Football Association and The Football Association, aimed at those involved with youth football covering a wide range of subjects, for the complete beginner to the more technically advanced coaches.
As an F.A. Charter Standard club we have to meet certain criteria for our staff, which is embedded in Hutton Football Club Rules and Constitution:
- All Managers, Coaches and Volunteers must complete the F.A. Personal Disclosure Form, authorising the F.A. to carry out Police and Social Services checks for those wishing to join Hutton F.C. as an adult helper.
- Minimum of one person per team to have taken the F.A. Junior Team Managers course, which is the foundation for those involved with youth football. In the majority of the Hutton F.C. teams, we have more than one person with this qualification.
- Commitment from those wishing to be a team Manager, to complete the F.A. Junior Team Managers course within six months of joining.
- A Volunteer Reference Form must be completed if the management team does not know the person. If you wish to find out more please contact Chris Singh.
